Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Fees

• Orders of 1000 TL and Above: Shipping is FREE.
• Orders Under 1000 TL: Our flat shipping rate is 250 TL.

2. Shipping Company and Tracking

All your orders are dispatched to your address with the assurance of Yurtiçi Kargo. Once your order is shipped, a Tracking Number will be sent to you via email. You can track the real-time status of your package using this number.

3. Processing and Delivery Times

• Order Processing (Dispatch) Time: We generally strive to dispatch orders confirmed by 12:00 PM on business days on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day at the latest.
• Delivery Time: After dispatch, delivery generally takes 1 - 3 business days, depending on your province and distance.

4. Shipping Regions

Currently, our shipping services cover all regions within Turkey.

5. Receiving Damaged Packages

If you notice any obvious damage on the package, such as crushing, tearing, or wetness upon delivery, please request the courier to prepare a "Damage Assessment Report" (Hasar Tespit Tutanağı) and do not accept the package. You can contact us regarding this issue via email at destek@cosa.com.tr.
