Marketing Specialist | #smartcosa

We are looking for a talented Marketing Specialist to undertake marketing projects in our company for local and international markets. You’ll be responsible for presenting our products and solutions in ways that will strengthen our brand and boost sales. You will organize creative campaigns and promotional events that can make a difference for our company’s success according to trends and customer requirements.

The ideal candidate will be passionate for the “art” of marketing and will have an abundance of ideas for building efficient strategies. The goal is to reach out to the market and cultivate the customer’s interest in our products and services in ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitate our continuous growth.


Main Responsibilities

  • Develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies (product marketing, product launching, pricing, advertising, digital marketing )
  • Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, radio etc.), exhibitions and promotional events
  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
  • Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication
  • Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.)
  • Maintain partnerships with agencies and vendors
  • Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
  • Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
  • Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.)
  • Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness
  • Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
  • Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
  • Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
  • Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
  • Acquire insight in marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date

Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications

  • BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline
  • Working experience: At least 2-3 years as marketing specialist or similar role
  • Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
  • Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics )
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
  • Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
  • Excellent team player with enthusiasm, curiosity and willingness to learn
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking
  • Strong skills in relationship building, negotiation, and presentation/communication
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Fluent in English
